Process for changing traveler warehouse assignment

1. Purpose To establish a standardized process for handling traveler changes between warehouses after the traveler has been released from Order Entry (F9), ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and clear communication. ________________________________________ 2. Procedure 1. Identify Traveler Status Determine if the traveler has already been printed. 2. If Traveler Was Printed then Submit an Expo Ticket for Stop Production to have the traveler tossed. Expeditors will handle tossing the printed traveler. 3. If Traveler Not Printed OR After Traveler Is Tossed then Email the correct WHSAlerts email for the warehouse involved (see Section 6). Request that the warehouse redirect the traveler. The receiving warehouse will alert the Art Team, who will move the order into their queue and reprint the traveler. 4. Apparel Orders If the change is only for a warehouse change, follow the above process. If there are line-item changes then continue to email the Apparel Maintenance Team and notify the warehouse. 5. WH30 Specific Instructions To move orders to WH30, follow the same process outlined above. If an order is already in WH30 but needs to move to Hit then: o Confirm cancellation with the subcontractor. o Email Amy North to update the warehouse assignment. WHSE 82 82whsalerts@hitpromo.net
